4-9 PM OCTOBER 23 is going to be an event like no other! Since the LVBS' inception, it was hoped that SOME DAY we would send a band to the International Blues Competition in Memphis Tennessee.
Well.. SOME DAY is NOW. One of the following bands will represent Las Vegas at the IBC for our first ever chapter submission.
By order of their randomly selected slot in the competition our contenders are:
Carlos Guerrera & Friends, Vintage Double Barrel Band, Johnny B & the Road Dogs, Honey Quest, Marissa & the Hollenbacks, Dick Erickson's Electric Witness, and the Queens of Heart
Each act will have 20 minutes to show you and our panel of judges what they are made of. Our competition will be modeled after the competition the winner will face January in Memphis.
After our competition, we will tally the points and announce the winner during our after party jam hosted by treasured guitar master Chris Tofield.
